Blend of dry ingredients formulated to make a broth with onion flakes, with the rich colour and distinct flavour of onion soup. For a quick and tasty broth or onion soup or to use as a base for several recipes!
To 250 mL of hot water, add 50 g (approx. 3 tablespoons) of broth mix, mix well. Add mixture to 750 mL of boiling water. Bring back to a boil while stirring constantly. Simmer 3 minutes and serve.
