Il est interdit de publier votre code dans un espace public ou de solliciter des inconnus. La personne référée ne doit pas avoir été cliente de l’épicier depuis 36 mois. Toute référence non conforme peut être refusée.

Si nous vous avons remis un code unique, vous êtes bien sûr éligible, à condition d’être toujours un client actif de l’épicier, avec un compte en règle et une entente en cours.

Est-ce que ce programme peut changer?

Oui. Le programme peut être modifié, suspendu ou retiré en tout temps. Nous nous réservons également le droit de refuser ou d’annuler un référencement s’il ne respecte pas les conditions énoncées ci-dessus.

Combien d’amis puis-je inviter?

Vous pouvez inviter autant d’amis que vous le désirez. Chaque nouveau client qui vous a été attribué en premier vous donne droit à un rabais supplémentaire. Nous nous réservons le droit d’imposer une limite annuelle si nécessaire.

Quand vais-je recevoir mon rabais?

Votre rabais est appliqué automatiquement à votre dossier dès que l’adhésion du nouveau client est confirmée. Les modalités d’application peuvent varier selon le mode de facturation en place. Normalement, chaque rabais est réparti de manière égale sur les paiements restants de votre entente.

Comment mon invitation est-elle validée?

Pour qu’une invitation soit validée, la personne que vous avez référée doit utiliser votre code unique et conclure une entente avec l’épicier. Le rabais est appliqué une fois l’adhésion confirmée et la commande livrée. Si votre ami a été référée par d’autres clients, le rabais vous sera accordé seulement si votre code a été utilisé en premier.
