Recipe of the week

Grilled sirloin steak, salsa verde and pecorino shavings

Main course

"This recipe was born from my trip to Italy where I tasted unforgettable salsa verde. I told myself that I absolutely had to make my own version, and pair it with my favorite cut of meat: the New York strip sirloin."

Maple BBQ Chicken Drumsticks

Main course

"This recipe was born from a simple desire: to combine my two favorite things—maple syrup and barbecue. We're right between the end of maple syrup season and the first barbecues of summer, and I thought it was the perfect time to combine the two in a recipe that tastes exactly like the best Quebec has to offer. It's a collaboration with l’épicier"...who provided me with beautiful vacuum-sealed chicken drumsticks for this recipe. The result is a homemade maple BBQ sauce, sticky, caramelized, and impossible to resist."
